Dear group/support, After I did a www.maxidas.com software update my unit cannot be used any morer as it is locked up. The screen shows: This vehicle program is not authorized. Please obtain authorization. I hae sent many e-mails to Autel with no answer. I hope that thye support person on this group will help. Thank you. Alex. .
